Excellent service.
Reliable service which usually comes in cheaper than it’s competitors. It’s my go to app when I’m in Saigon or Hanoi.
Worst app ever
This app does not often update their map. They make a big circle around my neighborhood in order to collect additional transport fee even though I have informed their customer service dept that the bridge close to my house already fixed.

Thanh toán sau khi update version
Đề nghị Be phải khắc phục vấn đề bắt buộc phải update versoon mới rồi mới được thanh toán bằng thẻ. Tôi đi Sài Gòn quên ko mang theo ví và book xe thanh toán thù nó yêu cầu update rồi mới được thanh toán thẻ. Tôi chỉ có 4G và không update bằng 4G được, tôi thực sự cảm thấy rất phiền và bức xúc.
Pathetic App
Worst drivers who don’t know how to drive or behave! They get lost and are ALWAYS late. They are rude and disrespectful and one assaulted me and I reported it - the customer service agent did NOTHING! If there was a better option I would use it but unfortunately there isn’t. Pathetic drivers and poor customer service. Don’t bother with it.

Can more functions cho app...gps locate drivers or patrols has issues sometimes

Tôi không hiểu một công ty như vậy mà lại có những nội dung chia sẻ mang tính cổ suý cho cái bọn không kiểm soát được sự “nứng” của mình. Tại sao công ty lại cho phép nhân viên của mình bị mất tập trung gây ảnh hưởng sự an toàn vì một người khác khi người đó chưa động chạm gì tài xế? Tại sao công ty lại cổ suý cho những hành động trái đạo đức? Đang sống ở thời nào vậy? Tại sao phụ nữ luôn là nạn nhân trong khi họ không có lỗi? Các tài xế được phép “mất kiểm soát” ảnh hưởng sự an toàn chung chỉ vì họ xinh xắn? Tại sao trời nóng bức mà phải cồng kềnh thêm nhiều thứ vải khác ngoài quần áo chỉ để tránh loại tài xế dâm dê biến thái? Tại sao công ty không răn đe nhân viên mình mà lại đổ lỗi cho phụ nữ dù họ không làm gì sai? Không lẽ một công ty như vậy lại không biết cách điểu khiển nhân viên?
