I’ve tried adding my review three times now :( I accidentally got charged a yearly subscription due to a bug and now Bearable refuses a refund and says I need to contact Apple which I have of course and the say that it’s Bearable that denying the refund not them!
Are you deleting the bad reviews?!!!???
I’m a person with ADHD and with depression, which means I need to follow my daily patterns to be able to see what makes me feel better and what makes me feel worse, and whether something works for me or not. Unfortunately the app is too complicated to keep up with in a longer period of time... I started using it with big enthusiasm, but very soon it got overwhelming due to how chaotic and demanding the structure of the app is. The privacy policy is not good. On top of that, I applied for refund twice, and both times I’ve been rejected, which is very questionable. To sum up, sadly I don’t think it’s worth the time.
And I am loving it already. So customisable! Also really appreciate the public development plan, and that we can leave suggestions. Really well thought out concept all the way. Looking forwards to this journey, both mine and the development of the app.
How the hell am i to know how if the app is useful or not with only 3 days free trial.
Highly customizable. Once you get it set up, it’s so useful. Fabulous. Highly recommend.
I really want to like this app; however, the 6 hour time blocks is insufficient. Perhaps you could just use timestamps instead of blocks of time periods? Edit: I’ve updated my review based on the quick and thorough response from the app team. Thank you - I think that’s reasonable.
I use Finch and that helps me a LOT, but it’s missing the real tracking aspect so I can see and share my general mood and symptoms, Bearable is a fantastic edition for my mental health wellness journey, it’s not fully free if you want to pay for more features, but the free version does have a lot of helpful tracking tools
I love that Bearable collects not just symptoms but also what might be causal data that might help you understand your symptoms. How well you slept, what meds you took, your mood, how much water you drank, for example. I do wish it wouldn’t track the items you don’t put in on the days you don’t enter them rather than counting it as zero. For example if I didn’t track my amount of sleep one week, I wish it wouldn’t create a skew in my overall data that makes it look like I hadn’t slept at all that week. Putting in “zero” should not be the equivalent to putting in nothing. Otherwise, I’m happy with the app and so grateful for something that charts the data for me.
