This app helps me transform my mood, anxiety, or energy level - and quickly! It’s my go to for healing. And the staff were very quick to help when I couldn’t figure something out within the app. I listened for free for quite a while and now have upgraded to unlock and try the other content. So happy with this!
Initially I loved this app, it gave you tons of free songs. Since then they updated it and you have to log on with wifi to get maybe 2-3 free songs and you lose your previous songs. The rest you have to pay for (before you got maybe 10+ free songs). Pretty frustrating. If they did that at the beginning wouldnt be so bad but now it's just a disappointment.
I use this app every single day. The categories are so beautifully designed that it’s easy to find the best you’re looking for. I suffer from anxiety and an overactive brain. These beats have synced my brain waves into their proper rhythm which has nearly eliminated my anxiety. In a world full of prescription overload, it’s a relief to find something that helps you without any negative side effects. I sleep with beats every night. It never takes more than 5 minutes to get to sleep. The best.
This app is fantastic! Great for each type of meditation or sleep you are looking for. I love that it includes a mindfulness perspective. Although the specs say it’s compatible with iPod touch, this app will not open and crashes. Works on iPhone and iPad no problem.
The timer on my iPhone doesn’t stop anymore
Works on my iPad .. but makes a sound then just a black screen on my iPod

For those new to the idea of how profound sound, music & beats are to our health and brain function will definitely reap the benefits from this app. everything from a rest full nights sleep to easily going into meditation and a 2 minutes motivation boost beat ! The new frontier of energetic work & vibrational medicine is upon us and we should explore every outlet to see what resonates with us best ! Absolutely love this app
This is a great app. I’ve tried many different sleep apps and such, but this is by far the best and the only one that’s managed to help me get to sleep/stay asleep.
Very well produced app with awesome aesthetic and a huge, diverse and extremely interesting library of sounds.
