I am on a limited budget so I just used this app for a month but in that time I gained a lot of knowledge to help me on my journey to better sleep. I have had insomnia on and off for decades and have tried many, many things including the current trend to CBTI which was very challenging and ultimately not sustainable. This app and Daniels books are very helpful. They explain insomnia so well - how it happens and how we get stuck in it and the very gentle way out. It is not an overnight fix folks but ….. in time as you learn about how insomnia is a form of anxiety and why hyperarousal occurs for you, and subsequently find ways of embracing those times of wakefulness, you do gradually make your way out of the abyss. The daily messages in the app are fabulous - you will learn a lot about sleep and why insomnia occurs. The app debunks all the health scares told to us if we don’t get our 8 hours of shut eye. I am currently going through reading each of the daily messages again to help me get back on track. I was very fortunate to have Daniel and Alina help me via text - they answered all my questions promptly. I truly believe this is the best route to sleeping well again.
Amazing Guidance
This App really helped pull me out of the struggle with insomnia. I was paired with coach Veronika who helped me all Summer overcome many of my core fears surrounding insomnia and I ended up having a few of the greatest vacations in my life, when originally I was so worried to go on them because of insomnia.
This app will help you understand what is going on which is one of the biggest reasons insomnia continues due to worry and not knowing what is happening.
I still have some ways to go, but this truly was a game changer and much easier to adapt to than typical CBTi.
Having the sleep coach and knowing I had someone by my side during this journey was a complete game changer. You will learn a lot about yourself even beyond insomnia.

Game Changer
Using this app and having access to my coach Daniel has been a game changer in my insomnia struggle. I found him through his channel and read both books before getting the app and working with him directly. The support and education about insomnia helped calm my anxiety, assure me that I am normal and that this will get better. I am sleeping better and so much calmer these days. I really recommend this program for above struggling with sleep.
The App and Program that saved my life
My insomnia journey started out of nowhere last year and after resorting to pills, sleep clinics, doctors, specialists and more, Daniel and his team were the actual cure.
Understanding fear and sleep anxiety was the cause of my insomnia was eye opening and a different approach compared to what anyone had presented to me during my battle.
This app and coach Veronika helped me daily as I battled insomnia and here I am today, sleeping sound each night and if I don’t sleep properly one night, I understand that it’s a speed bump and it’s a natural thing. My perspective has shifted and I’m forever grateful/thankful for discovering the Sleep Coach School.

This can’t possibly be right…no one would charge 329.99/month…right?! I took a screenshot in disbelief. Even if this is an error, 33/month is a lot to ask for any app.
It helped me in the time I needed it the most ! And they still do!
I love this app! I started using this app on November 2021 after a sudden insomnia onset on October 2021. It has helped me so much to understand what was happening to me, stop the mystery around it and truly see what was happening and how to take myself out of the insomnia cycle.
Insomnia can be terrifying when you first encounter it and you can stay in that misunderstanding for a long time. If you find yourself in that cycle please download this app!!!
My coach was Ali and she was amazing at explaining what was happening and how to get away from the vicious cycle. She always takes the time to answer your concerns at length. She will communicate with you once or twice a day but in very well written and long paragraphs that answers all your questions or just give you the reassurance you sometimes need while in your journey out of insomnia. It’s a long journey but The most important thing is to understand that bad nights happen to everyone and nothing is broken with you :)
Somewhat helpful
As someone who’s struggled with insomnia for a long time, “sleep hygiene” has always been the #1 thing recommended to me by doctors, family and friends. This app demonstrates that sleep hygiene does not work, and in fact makes insomnia worse by increasing anxiety around sleeping well. This was a big revelation for me, and has helped me let go of some of my anxieties. The one shortcoming of this app is that it continuously tells you that poor sleep does not cause health issues and that you can still function fine even with little to no sleep, and that’s where it lost me. If I have a night with little to no sleep, the next day I feel like I have the world’s worst hangover. I have severe migraines, am nauseous and often throw up, am dizzy and shaky and have heart palpitations. For me it truly is extremely difficult to function the next day. So the app’s suggestions of “remember all the times you got by on no sleep and were just fine” is very unhelpful to me.
Life changer!
I am well overdue in writing this review. Following an event in my life, I had a sudden onset of insomnia that lasted close to a year, before I encountered this app (as well as Daniel’s book, Set It & Forget It).
I had tried multiple things (every medication under the sun, supplements, white noise, psychologist, traditional CBTI sleep training, etc.) to no avail. I was convinced that my ‘condition’ was uniquely terrible and beyond help. I was plagued by feelings of panic, fear and hopelessness, and had, for the first time in my life, fallen into a depression. I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t fix this problem on my own.
Daniel’s approach, and the way he helped me understand what was going on with my thoughts around sleep, and how that affected my emotions, and the anxiety (which put a break on my ability to sleep) that followed, was profoundly life changing. Looking back on it now, it seems so obvious and simple, but without Daniel’s gentle, intuitive and incredibly kind method of presenting these insights, I just never would have figured it out on my own.
If you are struggling with sleep, honestly, stop searching, stop researching, pull yourself back up from the rabbit hole, and get this app. Most of my life now, I sleep well, but more importantly, on nights that I don’t, I finally understand that it’s normal, common to pretty much every other human being, and not some scary unknown, and thus it has little to no impact on my day-to-day life. And that makes all the difference.

This will change your life!
To start I must say that I will be forever grateful to Daniel & his team for this incredible app/program! I have suffered from chronic insomnia for many years (and have tried everything including diligent sleep hygiene) and had come to the point where I firmly believed insomnia/poor sleep was inevitable for me. I took a chance on the free trial with BEDTYME and almost immediately realized this program was different. I have had the opportunity to hear many sleep physicians speak over the years and have never received the education, scientific evidence, and compassionate approach used by Daniel (a wonderful sleep physician!) in this program! I just “graduated” after a few months and my sleep and my life have been transformed!! GREAT sleep help app
I’ve been stuggling with insomnia. It’s been 4 months. My friend told me about this app and about Daniel (sleep coach). This app has a lot of very useful information that just makes so much sense. The best feature of the app is that u can actually msg and talk to Daniel the sleep coach even on the free trial. I’m day 5/7 and my sleep has improved. I really recommend this app! Thanks Daniel!!
