Beeper

I've been using it since June last year and it's been good. However I've gotten frustrated with often messages not displaying in notifications instead it says that someone messaged but not the content. It doesn't work with unstable networks the messages struggle to send and if they fail never retry automatically unlike every other app. The app wide search doesn't actually search in chats only people/groups. We're still far from being able to completely remove the existing apps, I constantly have to open them. I might come back to it in the future but for now I'm off of it.

It’s good but always disconnects my Instagram account like every 2 days which is my main use for it so not very practical

Have been searching for a solution to remove myself from the instagram feed whilst still being able to stay in contact with everyone via instagram messaging. This app does that and so much more, well done team

I’ve been on the waitlist for this for quite some time and was really excited to see it drop last night. The guided setup was smooth and I was able to link up multiple chat apps on my desktop pc without any issues. Headed over to the iPhone app and once again the guided setup was simple and straightforward. The app interface is really clean and for someone who really hates clutter this app is a godsend. My only question is what happened to iMessage integration? When are we likely to see this added? Otherwise outstanding app and worth the wait. Keep it up! Thanks!

Everything is encrypted on the iOS app. UI is terrible as well. Too buggy.

i've been stuck on a waitlist for a while

This is a great app. I use it everyday. It's great that I only need to check Beeper and iMessage instead of 5 different chat apps.

Going round in circles trying to sign up for this app to find I'm on a waitlist. There's no info to explain why this is or how long it'll be till I can use the app. Very frustrating and disappointing!

I also don’t normally write reviews but I feel obliged to because it’s allowed me to quit doom scrolling… Beeper does everything it promises to (allowing you to delete socials whilst saying connected to friends) and not much more (the UI could be better). But even the basic functionality has allowed me to quit doom scrolling.
