I reached out for assistance while a promotion was still active, only to be met with rigid policies and no flexibility. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, these time-sensitive discounts and app-exclusive offers create confusion and a poor customer experience. Shopping should be enjoyable, not a source of stress and disappointment. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from BÉIS again.
