Waste of time

Followed the long winded steps of downloading the app and inserting card details etc. Started the charge and left. Came back an hour later and it was still showing it’s charging but when I checked the car it had not even charged 1%. Waste of time

Pain in the behind

It’s bad enough that you have to have so many different apps for charging an EV (which is not the fault of this provider, obviously), but it would be very helpful if: (a) you accepted Apple pay- who carries a wallet nowadays?!; and (b) you allowed one of the consolidating marketplaces like Electroverse to access your chargers. EVs are let down by clunky integrations and cruddy software at every turn.

Sort this out!!!

When I first started using my local charger I was 22kw mostly and the cost around 40p, now I’m lucky if I get 12kw and now I’m paying 53p. That can’t be right?! You need to sort this out. Either reduce your prices or increase the charge rate.

Not the best. Not the worst.

Update Thankfully, I have not had any problems with charging my car and it’s great that your details are now stored in the App so you no longer waste time by having to fill in your name, address and card details each time you charge your car. The fees are reasonable too and the idle charge fee is now applied more consistently that where I, Believ appears to be the most popular public charging company.

Really ?

Awful UI - sort it out - it’s not too difficult or expensive…

A horrible experience

After 3 different cards finally it started to change to charge. App is useless. Before go through the website was simple to change avoiding the app. Now the mess with it and is same. Does not recognize cards. After 40 minutes of trying finally accepted one card. But stop changing 10 minutes later. No service on no one to pick up calls after 7pm. Car was lock to the station with cable couldn’t disconnect. Had to override with another charging process over the session already in progress to produce an error ant let go the cable.

Very very poor search capability

Sadly needs much work. Search engine does not work. Search Hampshire and the results give four charge sites in Croydon!! Portsmouth gives same result. Gosport gives same result despit there being three sites to my knowledge. Ridiculous and embarrassing guys. Sort it out.

Embarrassing design

I mean, I can make it work, but wow this is one awful app

Beware! pricing structure not transparent

TP¥ on

United Kingdom

Pricing structure is not transparent. It is possible to click through the app and charge without seeing the £4.80/hour idle fees. This is poor. Especially because it would be so easy to rectify. Also the interface is clunky. I had to enter all my details twice before I could get the charger to connect.

Terrible app, pointless rebrand

SimonDee on

United Kingdom

I literally can’t remember the name of the app now and they’ve reskinned it very badly. No noticeable improvement in UX and arguably the pricing should be going back down. Better than BP Pulse but the bar is so low for all of these apps right now.
