We understand that you may need an easier exercise, different equipment in a busy gym or lower impact exercises for injuries. Even the gym plans can be modified for home use using the alternative exercises provided. The app really is customisable to your preferences.

Believe by Kim French is the epitome of fitness education. The workouts(both gym n home plans) are well-researched and planned, and extremely effective. The attention to detail and focus on correct form is excellent. The videos and explanations are amazing. One can enter details reg one’s progress easily. The nutrition section has 100s of delicious recipes to choose from. There is also an option to have your meals planned for you according to your needs. There is an accompanying shopping list to make things easier. Kim has thought of every minute detail, even a personalised motivational message every morning! The FB community is wonderful, providing mutual support and guidance. And last but not the least, it’s really economical. Worth every penny. It’s the best investment I’ve made for my physical and mental health. A million thanks, Kim!
