All the exercises are easy to follow and adjustable to your fitness level. It is also possible to fill in the number of sets and weights. What I love is that there is a meal plan to help you reach your goal. I would definitely recommend! If I have to name one thing to improve, is to make it possible to pause the license after going under surgery. I wasn’t able to do any exercises in the last three months and that is a pity.
Keeping me motivated. My friends got it to now 💪🏾 Lost a lot of weight and it's keeping me on track. Just a little thing. When your doing HITT work out would be nice if it would go automatically to the next work out so you can keep going. Instead of pushing the button. Keep doing what your doing.
Love the app and the workouts 🏋🏼♀️ I promote it to all my friends. I would never be this confidante in the gym without my digital pal Kim. Most people are super self conscious and doing new things can be scared, but with this app I feel I’m not alone. Amazing results and love the updates and improvements. Thanks team Believe! ✨
Hi team, I love the app so far. What would be helpful during a workout is that I don’t have to switch to the next exercise or set manually. Would be great if you have an automatic option here so I can focus on the exercise. What also would be nice…. I don’t eat meat but I do eat fish. Often vegetarian meals are with tofu which I don’t like at all. Could you mention either some alternatives for tofu in the recipe or add an option “no tofu”. That would be great! Further so far a great app!
