BeMore FAQ
Is BeMore free?
Yes, BeMore is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is BeMore legit?
⚠️ The BeMore app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
My phone updated the app on 21st June 2024 which lost the connection to my aids. Now it won’t find them in pairing. Was temperamental in the past loosing connection to one aid and I’d have to reconnect in the accessibility settings but now lost all connection. Do not update.
Hearing aids
I found them very disappointing.
Yes you get great features that allows to set them up for any situation. But they cut out quite a lot. Every time I look left my right side goes silent, only comes back when I look forward or right. Also sound quality is reduced due to some kind of interference and distortion.
Sound great for conversing indoors and watching tv but playing music is on and off.
But an improvement on my previous ones.
Not good
In theory a great app, in practice it’s rubbish! Takes ages to connect devices after multiple mindless attempts, then randomly drops Bluetooth and you have to start again!
Needs updating
It doesn’t work on my phone at all!!
Useless
This app is near to useless! Keeps freezing, doesn’t allow for tweaking setup and does not show frequencies.
Total waste of space
The app keeps telling me I have no battery normally the left one. Hence it makes my haring aid’s useless. I have not been able to get to BeMore support and am continually reporting to NHS Audiology
No Noise reduction slider!
Since todays update the noise reduction slider is no longer visible. This was the only reason that I used this app. Very disappointed.
Not the best
I have 2 hearing aids,1 to work with this app & 1 to work with a wider app, this “BeMore” app is not the best 😢😢
Not impressed
Have had this app for two weeks and to date have had to reconnect the aids at least four times which is annoying to say the least. The side are brand new. Useless
Decent experience but lacks iOS integration
The BeMore app represents a significant jump in my experience with NHS hearing aids, making it easier to change settings and not get “lost” amongst other programmes via the standard onboard toggle buttons. It is a shame to not have better functionality with iOS, including widgets, and Apple Shortcuts integration - being able to quickly disable the multi-mic from the Home Screen, or increase the volume / bass when iPhone connects to a car Bluetooth device would offer significant quality of life improvements- I hope to see this added soon.
