The BeMore app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

BeMore FAQ
Is BeMore free?
Yes, BeMore is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is BeMore legit?
⚠️ The BeMore app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
My problem is people on the other end of the phone line can’t hear me when I have the call streaming to my hearing aids. So then I need to turn bluetooth off so they can hear me - but then of course I can’t hear them!
I took my hearing aids to the audiologist and apparently it’s a known issue - she updated both the app and the hearing aid software, which fixed the problem.
Lo and behold, a couple of months later the same issue has arisen. Seems both softwares have to be fully up to date and aligned or the streaming to iPhone feature becomes next to useless.
If you are having the same issue as me, try at least updating the App. And if still no joy, ask your audiologist to update the software on your hearing aids.
Drop outs
The app was fine when I first started to use it with my new hearing aids. However now it disconnects from one hearing aid or both when moving from one end of the house to the other whilst connected to the home internet. It also has the same issue when changing from home internet to mobile phone network when leaving home. These incidents happen at more frequently and at times when one really requires the app to be working correctly.
One has to re-boot the phone to get the app to reconnect.
Please fix this problem asap
Thank you
Takes persistence, needs more features
After several weeks of use I am starting to feel that this app is worth having. But the design could be more intuitive - nowhere could I find how to edit, rename or delete favourites, until I noticed a pulldown tab on the app’s Home Screen. That made it a bit easier to use. I now have multiple favourites, so it would be very convenient if I could save a favourite as an icon on the phone’s Home Screen. I could then have several in a folder and quickly select a preset without having to open the app. Also I have noticed that if I have to disconnect and reconnect the aids, all the favourites are deleted. At the very least it would be good to be able to export and import favourites. When I turn the phone’s screen off with a single click on the side button, the phone’s sound effect plays through the aids, but then the aids go offline for a few seconds. And it would be good to be able to manage more of the aids’ settings from the app, such as changing the startup chime duration.
Doesn’t stay connected or reconnect to iPhone when separated at a distance.
I have these GN Hearing Aids on trial and even though they are good, I can’t say that about the App that you have. I find when paired and everything is working fine, if you leave your iPhone and walk away from it any distance the pairing breaks either the left or right you have to turn off the affected one and turn it back on again. The pairing stays on in accessibility/ hearing devices on my iPhone so I know it’s not the iPhone. The problem is in the App dropping out. I do believe this App needs a bit of attention.
Hello. I wrote this message in may 23 but the problem still remains in January 24 can you please fix it. Another person has the same problem by reading these messages. Is there anybody looking at theses messages as I feel that it seems to be a waste of time.
Drop offs
Occasionally the app drops off one hearing aid ie the left aid or the right aid. Have to reboot my the app by turning off my phone and then turn it on again to get it to work again. Please fix this problem
Hard to read
I am visually challenged and the gray writing on a black background is almost impossible fot me. Please re_do in bright colours.
Unhappy
This app does not work with Apple screen reader, VoiceOver. It is poorly written, makes the app useless. Apple provide the documentation to enable you to write this app to work with VoiceOver. Disappointed, I have spent this much money on hearing age and can’t use the app!

Bad update
My phone updated the app on 21st June 2024 which lost the connection to my aids. Now it won’t find them in pairing. Was temperamental in the past loosing connection to one aid and I’d have to reconnect in the accessibility settings but now lost all connection. Do not update.
