Brand new iPad, however no function provided to apply a PIN for login instead of the ID and password. Have not had this issue with previous new devices. IOS version is up to date, as is the app version. Everything else seems to be working ok, for now.
Constant thinking about logging in of late, drives me around the twist. Can’t rely on it.
Who ever developed this piece has hopefully changed positions forcefully!
I get paid a day early with Bendigo Bank. Easy to use and easy for me to just look at my savings line and simply note I need to keep that line going up. No complicated calculations needed. 2 branches right outside public transport and lovely staff at each banch. A lot happier than with my old bank.
I am constantly losing access to e-banking due to “unknown errors”. It is Christmas Eve and I can’t access my bank account. This is not the first time this has occurred. I need consistent access to my banking app. I want to continue to support Bendigo Bank but it is becoming unusable. I am increasingly considering switching to a larger more reliable bank.
How on earth does a bank this large not have live notifications. Listen to the people and make this happen on the next update!
The entire IT staff need firing even trying to download for my IPhone…and now on my Mac I get a sign in request yet I do not have the app. I was advised to down load the app. But cannot. My phone recognises my access number but now my Mac does not. For no reason the number I know is not recognised. How do they have jobs? I’m affective locked out on three devices. It’s gone from ok 3 stars to rubbish. The IT department is pathetic. Truly stupid coding if my access id says “warning” And it has added a second access ID?
Updated app now can’t access online banking from phone using the new version. Bendigo need to advise suitability of app on older phones. Warnings would be good.
Lots of features. Intuitive and easy to use. Quick balances can be slow.
