i originally had an account but today bereal logged me out of it. i keyed in my number and after verification it prompted me to make a new account and my old account is now lost. please help me retrieve my account.. i would like to bereal with my friends and have my memories. thank you.

crashed my phone when i pressed on the notification and when i took a pic my phone froze and i had to power off and i was late for the bereal in the end😢😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

regular failure to upload, resulting in my being late

there have been many times where i upload a post on time but the app says it fails to upload. i’ll have to try to close and open the app to successfully upload the post. then i’ll be late and won’t be able to upload multiple posts
