Dear Be Real Team, I am writing this message to express my disappointment with your application. I have been experiencing numerous issues which have significantly impacted my user experience. Firstly, I don’t receive your verification messages since i was done the human verification alot of time. This has been a constant issue and despite my attempts to resolve it, the problem persists. However, one of my best friend invited me to join them, but i can’t get the first step done . This is particularly frustrating as your team don’t reply to this complaint feedback. I believe that i will become your loyal user if I get back a reliable and efficient service. I hope that you take my concerns seriously and work towards improving your application.
