This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. It comes with an app for Apple Watch helping you discreetly change programs and adjust volume (when within Bluetooth range).
Note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.
• Adjust sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services always turned on)
• Access app support and troubleshooting solutions
• Meet your hearing care professional for an online visit (by appointment)
• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Bernafon Zerena)
• Adjust sounds around you with sound equalizer (available for Bernafon Encanta and Alpha XT models)
• Track your progress with HearingCoach feature (available for Bernafon Encanta and Alpha XT models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV-A or SoundClip-A

Disconnects
Constantly disconnects and if it actually reconnects it is usually only one hearing aid. I have had to re-pair them with my phones too many times. I feel like the developers don't personally depend on this application for their own hearing aids.
Terrible connectivity
Takes forever to connect if it connects and doesn’t stay connected. Want to make a change you have to reconnect. Horrible app. Wish I had the old one still
Bernafon App sucks, it’s down more than it’s up
Bernadine needs to seek out new tech people and new app. Drops hearing aid several times a day and usually takes a delete and re- pair to get working only to break down again(drops left or right, more often left. )worst hearing aid and control app I have had in over twenty years.
Pitifull
This app is the pits. I use it in my iPad which is within Meter of me while streaming. It will disconnect left or right hearing aid and will not automatically connect again. It will not connect again until the app is closed and restarted. The earlier version of the app was better. Graham B
BERNAFON latest app is trash, ZERO stars
14 June 2024. Totally buggy. Have tried reinstalling but get same garbage. I used the older version of the app for three+ years. It worked with no fuss. Upgrade was a total downgrade to nonexistent. It fails on every attempt to link my hearing aids. And I can’t reload the previous version app. My iPhone’s Accessibility controls shows my phone is connected to my hearing aids, and I can access my TVs sound system. Can’t get my phone to send incoming calls to my devices.
Bad bad bas
Terrible. Have to reboot my iPad whenever I need to connect the hearing aids, which is whenever I need to adjust the volume. So incredibly frustrating.
On dependable
This app is undependable it keeps descending my hering aids all the time
