Suddenly won’t work
I downloaded the program last year. It worked and then it stopped. It keeps wanting me to create an account which I already have. There is absolutely no support for this horrible app.

Very buggy
This app is not improved. It’s got the same issues. It’s difficult to log in Anna navigate.
Incomplete and Not Intuitive
My machine wasn’t even listed-L890 Serger Cover Chainstitch Combo. I couldn’t find one of my presser feet as well. I think better instructions on how to use the app are necessary.
App won’t open
App says checking if secure site. And then have to touch the box to verify one is a human. After that starts over checking is secure site. Never ending cycle. Three days now.
Can’t login
The only portion of this app that is accessible is the blog. There’s a box to check if you are human and doesn’t go past it.
App not functioning.
Hey guys can you fix the app so it works with iPhone again. I can't get past the verify you are human screen.
Recent updates seem to have broken app
Up until recently, I’ve been able to access my Bernina app to see my presser feet and accessories I own as well we add those I want to my wish list. But ever since a recent update I get a verification page that want to make sure I’m a human and won’t accept that I am. It’s nearly made the app useless.
App is not working
The added security measure is preventing me from being able to long in. The app is useless. Please fix it.
