BERNINA

I have had to delete this because everyday I get a notification that there is an update available but the Apple Store is not showing any update. Come on BERNINA surely you can do better than this? Such a shame. I really liked it when it was a simple record of all my feet with any accompanying video on how to use them.

This App worked great at first, then at the updat it stopped working. I just can’t get through the ‘secure web check’ that it has now. Contacted Bernini several times but they are very slow to either update me or rectify the problem. If they fix this bug it will be worth using. However, I don’t really expect to ever use it again based on this experience. How sad for a quality sewing machine manufacturer. 👎🏿

Unfortunately this app’s opening page doesn’t load. When you open the app it asks you to “verify you are a human” and once you tick it continues to ask for the same verification over and over again! I’ve tried to load the app for two days including deleting and reloading from the App Store- nothing works

Unfortunately, can’t get into the app as it just continuously says ‘Checking if the site connection is secure’.

Spent 10 minutes trying to register an account only to find the countries list doesn’t include the country I live in - which is where I bought my Bernina machine from (the first one from here almost 40 years ago, so Bernina isn’t new here!) the United Arab Emirates. As well as the lack of the country, the registration process also requires a date of birth. I find both these issues offensive and extremely disappointing from a company such as Bernina.

This does not work on a tablet and there is no mention of this in the description. I am very disappointed as it means anyone with visual impairment can’t access this to read on a phone.

Tried using on ipad but keyboard won’t stay on screen to enable typing of things to search on.

I downloaded the program last year. It worked and then it stopped. It keeps wanting me to create an account which I already have. There is absolutely no support for this horrible app.

This app is not improved. It’s got the same issues. It’s difficult to log in Anna navigate.

My machine wasn’t even listed-L890 Serger Cover Chainstitch Combo. I couldn’t find one of my presser feet as well. I think better instructions on how to use the app are necessary.
