Hay una rutina predeterminada en esta versión gratuita, pero puedes editarla a tu gusto, que incluye calentamiento, intensidad alta/baja, enfriamiento y tiempo de descanso, etc. Puedes personalizar tantas series como desees.

I’ve been using this for years to do specific hiit training and other routines. I never felt a need to look for any other round timer, it facilitates all my needs

Interval Timer
Provides everything I need for my New York Times eight-minute workout. Easily adjustable, and easy to use. I could do without the ad each time I go to turn it on, but it’s easy to skip over that.

My First Interval Trainer
It’s a good app. The one change I would like to see is the ability to save multiple intervals: like Week 1, Week 2, etc. I appreciate that it is free.
Great workout timer
It works great for workouts while playing music. This one made it onto my new phone. The adds are amusing lol
Decent, reliable timer
Decent timer. Only wish you could save more than 1 workout in the free version. And now - update TOO MANY ADS. Super annoying that you have to re-scroll past ads every time phone goes to sleep.
