Hay una rutina predeterminada en esta versión gratuita, pero puedes editarla a tu gusto, que incluye calentamiento, intensidad alta/baja, enfriamiento y tiempo de descanso, etc. Puedes personalizar tantas series como desees.

Provides everything I need for my New York Times eight-minute workout. Easily adjustable, and easy to use. I could do without the ad each time I go to turn it on, but it’s easy to skip over that.

It’s a good app. The one change I would like to see is the ability to save multiple intervals: like Week 1, Week 2, etc. I appreciate that it is free.
