These guys refused to allow me to withdraw my money. I had won £15, when I tried to withdraw they asked me to verify my account, I had to send bank statements and credit/debit card details, to which they rejected my debit card evidence because my card details changed. As a result I asked if this can be updated, to which they asked for a Proof of Ownership document asking for the FIRST 6 and LAST 4 digits of my card number (never heard of any company asking for the first 6) no bank provides this information - regardless all the necessary information was on the document to prove the card was mine. They then declined the document. An alternative method was to deposit more money from my new card which was processed. THEY TOOK £10 FROM MY NEW CARD, BUT I THEN COULDN'T WITHDRAW FROM THE SAME CARD! They said they needed verification before ANY NEW FUNDS COULD BE PROCESSED. They were more than happy to take £10 from that card with no issues, but weren’t willing to allow me to withdraw. DO NOT BET WITH THESE PEOPLE, they will take your money in a second but you have to jump through hoops to get it back. FYI I have not been able to resolve the issue and my own money plus my winnings are still sat with them. They will respond to this review but it’s all meaningless. Take your money elsewhere.

Not only are the slots horrible for payouts, There aren’t many at all. The worst bonus offers I have ever seen. You have to deposit 35x your initial to get your amount back once. So if I deposit £100 I have to deposit total of £3,500 to get £100 back 🤣🤣🤣 how on earth is that good when you get rinsed of your money anyway. Crazy, definitely avoid so many other better options

Been using the app for 6 months no issues and decided to deposit some money 3 weeks ago. My account was limited and asked to send verification of my finances whilst the money was already in my account. Couldn’t withdraw it and couldn’t spend it either. I sent the verification immediately and that was 21 days ago. I’m contacted many times without and response. In fact have not received any communication in the past 3 weeks about when I can access my account properly again and withdraw my money from this awful company.

worst app ever. full of errors. i try to place a bet and it tells me to log in. when i already am. then i trybto log in again and it says session ended then displays a blank sports betting screen. have uninstalled and tried again but it happens again. Also the layout is awful. tiny fonts with light grey letters on white background is barely legible. wont be using again

Overall I’m pleased, the layout is pleasant to look at and it’s easy to navigate. Put my qualifying bet on for the welcome bonus (which won, yay). The welcome bonus appeared immediately and then became accessible when the bet settled. And when I withdrew my winnings they appeared in my account pretty quickly. The reason I give 4 stars is I have to log in again everytime I go onto the app and sometimes I’m jumping across several betting/odds apps and when I come back I keep having to log in. And my other complaint would be the app does seem to crash from time to time. I was using a free bet but the app crashed and when I got back on the selection I wanted to add to my accumulator had started and because it counted as in play I couldn’t add it to my free bet selection. And another example is at the time of writing this review the app is giving me an error message and will not let me log back in at the moment. If those two issues could be fixed I would happily rectify this review and add an extra star to make it a perfect 5*.
