I had a terrible experience with this app. They canceled my order twice and failed to refund the full amount, keeping the tips I paid. This feels like theft, if the service wasn’t delivered, I should’ve received a full refund. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
All my experiences with BeU has been terrible. I don’t recommend it at all, don’t even bother to download.
The person who brought the food for me yesterday the that he holds is so dirty so as a delivery company you must work on cleanliness problem
It’s a great app and all but once its 6:00pm I couldn’t order any food because apparently they don’t do delivery more than a kilometre or something like that after 6pm……and yeah I can’t even order in A DAY LIGHT if the restaurant is 7km ish farther.
Simply bad and overpriced
Beu is really the worst app the drivers are very rude and there Clint service are completely useless. They make me wait 3 hours for one food and after that they said the food is cancelled this is so unprofessional.
I highly don’t recommend if you are more than 3km away from the restaurant you ordered from!!!
If you’re looking for a somewhat timely delivery app, they’re the way to go but they recently started to have hidden prices that were activated after already ordered.
The service is great also the customer service
