Worked until IOS17.5. Now won’t share with Apple health no matter what I do. Says no permissions granted but they are. Contacted their support and got ghosted. Won’t buy other Beurer products to only become an expensive paper weight with no support and a bad app which isn’t kept up to date.
The Bluetooth connection to the BF 600 is terrible. Almost every time it tries to synchronise data with the BF 600 it comes up with an error. It automatically tries again and most times it works on the second try. Often it doesn’t even work on the second try and I have to stand on the scales again. This morning I had to stand on the scales a third time to get the new measurement to get uploaded. This is incredible. I have NEVER had this sort of difficulty with a Bluetooth device before. Surely it’s not that hard. This morning I tried looking up the FAQ from the app’s menu. It took me to a webpage in German!!!!
Initial difficulty connecting and transferring data from bm57 until had to replace batteries. Working well now. So try resetting device to troubleshoot.
New app very difficult to use
Much improved App compared to previous Health Manager. However, inexplicably the app does not include all the devices. It skips from BF720 to BF850 and misses the BF800 !!? How do you add these missed devices?
Every time the ap is upgraded, I loose measurements - so frustrating. I upgraded tonight and have lost history between end of Jun to 10 September. Prior to that, lost April history. Also history disappears when batteries are changed on the scales. Seems to be very buggy.
With the update of Aug.2023 the BM85 says “0 measurements transferred”. Tried the old “Health Manager” and the data transfers fine.
If you are with the original app don’t upgrade until they iron out the bugs. The concept is great but it’s a nightmare trying to sync apps. The only reason l’ve given it two stars is the customer service is great it’s the app that lets them down. The old saying if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it comes to mind. I’m told iPads are not compatible despite the app here saying they are. I’m going to delete the new app. Wasted enough time trying to make it work and going by the reviews here, don’t want to risk losing my data.
Data never transfers from my BM57 blood pressure monitor to iPhone. BM 57 recognised by Bluetooth. “Measurements are being transferred” little circle keeps spinning but never happens. Is there an email address for support in Australia? Rod J
