The app doesn’t work, the mask doesn’t connect to Bluetooth on an iPhone XR, and now after only a few uses the mask no longer detects snoring. The online guides are unhelpful and the faqs irrelevant. Come on Beurer, you should do better.

Interesting data gathered through the first night of use. I’d like to see this device can possibly reduce the noise levels and frequency to appease my partner.

The ear piece seems to be reacting but it does not sync with the app which makes it useless.

If it wasn’t for the export function this app might as well not exist. The user interface is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Nothing is intuitive and very little works. When the graphic screen (where after 3 days of use I have never seen any graphics or numbers) says synchronising and you return after one hour and nothing has changed and you still cannot see the data from the previous night, something is seriously wrong with the apps functionality. REWRITE THIS APP AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

Bought this in the hope we could sort snore problems. Ear piece hurts to wear..... and does not work!!! Does not record consistently and then loses data. Impossible to navigate app. TOTAL waste of money

The SL70 device is great, BUT ... The App needs upgrading to be compatible with iPhone X. In “calendar” view the day and date are not in sync - (a day out). Perhaps due to incompatibility: 1. Cannot scroll between days/data in “Snore Data” 2. Cannot scroll between days in “calendar” view. 3. Cannot scroll between days/data in “graphical” view. Only way to see data is to go through the process of sharing the data. Beurer have some work to do.

The app is not instinctive and is very hard to use. To try and get the information you want.

Please fix it. The device is useless without the app. That’s not nice.

Can’t get it to sync with my iphone? Does not work with the app? I am so frustrated. This mask isn’t cheap and should work as stated. Not a happy customer.
