App doesn’t work unable to sign in. You’d think after selling such an expensive device which is reliant on the app, the app would be flawless. Since that’s the only way you can use it. Contacted support. They replied back 5 hours later just to tell me there is a issue with the app.
Doesn’t work without the app, the app doesn’t work!!!! Please sort it
As per the other one star review. I cannot even register on the app due to a glitch. The device is controlled by the app so I have had it for 11 days and unable to use it. I’ve reached out to customer care and they couldn’t be less helpful. They claim Apple need to approve the app upgrade. Doesn’t wash with me!
I bought the eXciteOSA for my husband, big snorer, big impact. We can sleep in the same room now!! I am sleeping so much better!!
This device has been a life saver. It is so easy to use. I sleep so comfortably with nothing attached to me. I love it!
An expensive device that cannot be used without the app and the app is useless without connection to the server!! The system is flawed!! This needs to work in a stand alone situation as treatment suffers and the device is a very expensive ornament!!
