I ordered the powerplay burger and waited by the pickup area. When the app said my order is ready then was told they have no beef left. Why didn’t they contact me before to let me know they ran out of beef? Service is not good.

Generally, the app is good. However, I’m not sure why they have a Submit Feedback section. They don’t respond. I’ve had a couple orders now where they’ve not included ingredients or add-ons, but I only see this when I’ve gotten back to work or home and sit down to eat. I now check everything before I leave the restaurant. Honestly, I am just going to use Ritual now to order from the restaurant. At least with them I know that if something goes wrong with my experience not only do they respond to the inquiry/complaint, they act to make it up to you by either reimbursing or adding credits to your account. You’ve got great food b.good. But the rest of your brand experience falls short. And that, unfortunately, is more important than how tasty your food is. I’ll keep waiting for some sort of response. Not holding my breath tho.
Good app to order, but done of the special deals work on the app. They dont get applied and everytime they cannot scan my barcode at the restaurant so I also lose out on points. This needs to be fixed asap
