I ordered the powerplay burger and waited by the pickup area. When the app said my order is ready then was told they have no beef left. Why didn’t they contact me before to let me know they ran out of beef? Service is not good.

Generally, the app is good. However, I’m not sure why they have a Submit Feedback section. They don’t respond. I’ve had a couple orders now where they’ve not included ingredients or add-ons, but I only see this when I’ve gotten back to work or home and sit down to eat. I now check everything before I leave the restaurant. Honestly, I am just going to use Ritual now to order from the restaurant. At least with them I know that if something goes wrong with my experience not only do they respond to the inquiry/complaint, they act to make it up to you by either reimbursing or adding credits to your account. You’ve got great food b.good. But the rest of your brand experience falls short. And that, unfortunately, is more important than how tasty your food is. I’ll keep waiting for some sort of response. Not holding my breath tho.
Good app to order, but done of the special deals work on the app. They dont get applied and everytime they cannot scan my barcode at the restaurant so I also lose out on points. This needs to be fixed asap
New review: Long overdue. The last nearby store has closed its doors. This effectively makes this app useless. Down from 5 stars to 2. Old review: Having tried a variety of apps for different eateries, this app is my fav. I’m able to see the menu and see the total amount without having to commit to a payment form. The absence of a glaring white background is a plus. And very much appreciate the occasion free perk. And ease of use.
Why? I can't redeem points or order for Boston Logan Airport with this app. Dunkin Donuts a minute walk away let's you use their app for orders. Starbucks too. I'm a frequent flyer often flying through terminal A in Boston and love the locations outside of it, but no support for their airport locations is unacceptable.
Used to be a decent app, now unusable.
There’s no way to use an existing gift card balance that’s already in the app towards an order. I can only add a new gift card during checkout, not use one I already have on the app. What’s the point of storing it then?
My payment info and order history have been deleted with the new version of the app rolled out 5 days ago.
New app won’t let me enter any of my credit card #s If I can’t enter payment, I can’t order
Apple Pay is not working, I couldn’t redeem any rewards because well, I couldn’t pay. I couldn’t redeem any rewards in store because it’s only online. Service is going downhill that’s probably why they’re closing stores. Apps are not being updated. Ugh
