Dirty business model
These app cheats. They just keep asking for money. Also app doesn’t work well. Please don’t register. I committed a mistake by taking a premium.
This app sucks
App gets stuck always, many screens are incomplete, not worth it to use until issues are fixed. Should be a negative rating if possible.
Sucks
App just sucks.. everyday, I open for the first time- the app gives blank pages. Bunch of buttons are non functional. It’s a sack of crap.
Too much harassment by sales team Evan after escalating
So sales team was harassing so I had to escalate, after escalating I got response from management that I won’t be harassed, for 2 days they were quiet, and agin started calling me. Asked me to delete The profile if I don’t want calls, also this site is without consent doing registration on other site like divorce matrimony & community matrimony and they send emails separately. Not a good management and I guess apple should remove the app from the App Store for customer privacy breach.
Worst app and Matrimonial platform
Don’t fall for this fraud matrimonial platform They mentioned on Google To portray our level of confidence in our services, we are offering a 100% refund if you do not get any response within 30 days. We will be glad to refund 100% of your membership fee! This is sweet lie Their customer service is saying something else Don’t fall or give your hard earned money to this fraudsters
App is a junk
The app is full of bugs, 90% of the times things don’t load properly. You will often get white screen and have to close and reopen the app. Total piece of crap
App freezes
In iOS app freezes badly when trying to login. We need to try to login multiple times
Worst app interface that I have ever faced
I have been using this app and it’s not a new initiative that’s BM has taken, many people are into business now and your app has numerous bugs and worst interface. You collect the most valuable data of your customers and you still maintain a worst application ever . It’s 2022 at least do some changes and invest proper time developing your application interface
