Horrible app that does not work abroad and forget about getting a response
I bought the premium 6 month membership 3 weeks ago and it has not been a day since that the app has worked. I have entered my information multiple times and still to date it shows the profile empty but on the top bar it says 100% completed. I have been trying to reach the agent Rahul sharma for last 3 weeks for the same but his subordinate keep on telling me that he will call me please be patient. 3 weeks have passed no response till today. Extremely hopeful providers. Please save your money and go to other matrimony sites. I have accepted that I have lost my money to Bharat matrimony scammer. I hope it doesn’t happen to you. If anyone would like to see my account situation I am happy to share the screen recording with anyone and everyone to see my experience. Also the screenshot of the non stop follow ups that I have been having with the subordinate of Mr. Rahul Sharma from Bharath Matrimony.
App is really buggy
Photo upload is not possible, it logs out automatically daily, so have to login almost daily. When clicked on notifications from this app, it doesn’t open the app, but just a white screen of the app.
Search results only showing 10-20 results out of 3k results
Search result does not show next page, out of 3k results only showing 10-20 profiles.Then loading occurs but nothing happens! This makes app very bad
Saved search doesn’t work
Profiles don’t get ignored anymore when I skip them. Filters in saved search doesn’t work and ends up showing all profiles.
App crashes upon going back
Whenever I visit a profile and try to tap on the back arrow on the top left I’m coming out of the app as a result of crash. My filtered results are then gone and have to do it all over again
Filthy app
Horribly slow app. Doesn't show your community preference match. Will never recommend to anyone.
