Per attivare l’app serve un codice di conferma che avrei dovuto ricevere via sms… ma non è mai arrivata una conferma. Forse non funziona registrando numeri di telefono stranieri? Peccato, inutilizzabile per i turisti…
Lost of time and energies
Majority of bikes are unavailable but still shown as available on the map. Result, you end up going from station to station with no result
Useless for tourists
Tried to register with a foreign phone number. Never received the phone password. No bike for tourists then!

Can foreigners register in the app?
I tried to register with my Italian phone number, never got the OTP code. Called the free number, they can only speak Spanish and cannot explain if and how I can register in the app.
No funciona nada
La aplicación no funcióna. Me registro y no consigo entrar. Llamo al servicio at. Cliente y no consiguen arreglar el problema
