Bike sharing Bicincittà. General advices and rules
1. Use the bicycle only for the time of your trip, so you will be able to benefit from the free period.
2. Return the bike once you have reached your destination; you can take it again afterwards, avoiding to pay for the fares applied for a longer use.
3. Report anomalies or malfunctionings to the customer service: you will contribute to make the service more efficient and to correct quickly any inconvenience.
4. Bicincittà is conceived for you, to meet your travel needs. Suggest new stations and opportunities to improve the service. Your contribution is fundamental for future planning.
5. The card is personal and cannot be transferred the third parties.
6. The bicycle must be used within the urban area of the service.
7. Remember that the bicycle is a means of transport and that you must abide by the rules of the traffic laws.
With Bicincittà you have a bike where and when you need it. A public means of transport which must not be waited for, which allows to get around quickly and is also funny and healthy. Operational every day 24h, free from constraints linked to routes, timetables and waits, it guarantees convenience and flexibility as well as the safeguard of the urban environment.

Both app and bikes are terrible
The app is mostly in Italian and absolutely confusing to use. If you managed to create an account you have the next problem: unlock a bike. The numbers in the app and on the bikes do not match, it’s pure luck to get the one you want. If you handled this, the fun part starts: all bikes have completely flat tires, you drive on the rim. Furthermore, the “e“-bikes aren’t charged, so you just carry more weight. To sum up, it’s totally crap and I can’t recommend it to anyone with a minimum of brains.
Schlecht. Schlecht. Schlecht.
Nicht intuitiv. Funktioniert nicht. Dauert ewig, bis es läuft. Und die Räder hierzu waren der letzte Dreck.
Catastrofico
Ungepflegte, ungewartete, klapprige Räder. Wenn man damit fahren will, sollte man Radwerkzeug dabei haben. Lose Lenker, hüpfende Ketten. Mies: Keine Tarif-Info. Man bucht 15 Euro aufs Konto, das ist dann gleich weg, sobald man das Rad entriegelt. Für die Touristenregion Tre Cime absolut unwürdig.
Frustration
Die App hat auf meinem iPhone nicht funktioniert und war schwer zu verstehen. Ich konnte mich nicht anmelden. Nach der Buchung und eine Stunde später über das Androide handy meiner Freundin, hat sich herausgestellt, dass man eine Karte braucht. 6 Euro in den Sand geworfen . Schade
Gute Idee - Schlechte Umsetzung
+: Niedriger Grundpreis, mehrere Stationen im Stadtgebiet -: Viele kaputte Fahrräder oder in einem schlechten Zustand, zu wenig Fahrräder, manche Räder nicht buchbar oder werden in der App angezeigt obwohl es sie gar nicht gibt, nicht abschließbar und man kann den Credit nicht für Tagesabos verwenden PS: leiht euch ein Rad von einem der vielen Fahrradverleihe
