Absolut zum vergessen Man merkt nicht wenn man „aus dem servicegebiet“ fährt und dann stellen die dir den rückweg in Rechnung

Horrible App! - As a tourist who wants to drive around in the city

I had to deposit money just to find out that you have to upload your drivers license as well as your id! So if you want to us a scooter „quick“ and you are on the run avoid this app! As a tourist in the city I wasted around 7 minutes to register and 5€ deposit that is never going to be used! Refund options are not available as well. I want a refund of my deposit!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Pitiful app, horrible sign up procedure and scooters nowhere to be found. Absolute waste of money.

Great Customer Service, scooters are mostly in good condition and Drive up to 20kmh even with two heavy grown ups on them. Fast Installation and registration even for non native speakers. Price is really fair. Keep it coming guys, we had an awesome time!

app fehler, buchung kann nicht beendet werden oder der roller kann erst gar nicht gebucht werden. sehr unprofessionell

In Ordnung; App verbesserungswürdig

Der Service an sich ist ok, preislich in Ordnung. Die Scooter sind den italienischen Umständen entsprechend teilweise kaputt, z.B. funktioniert das Rücklicht bei einigen Scootern nicht, was gefährlich sein kann. Ich kann hier jedoch nur von Süditalien sprechen, evtl. ist es im Norden besser. Die App ist okay, stürzt aber manchmal ab. Der Anmeldeprozess könnte benutzerfreundlicher sein, insbesondere wenn man kein Italienisch versteht, stelle ich es mir schwierig vor.

Schlechte App

Sehr schlechte App, habe mich angemeldet und komme danach nicht mehr in die App rein und kann somit auch nicht e Roller fahren.
