So glad to receive immediate support from its customer service team!
Great platform!
I really like the platform, it looks good, it’s easy to use and has a good selection of coins. Customer service was also great. I thought I had lost my coins but after contacting customer service they tracked them down and credited my account.

Great customer service
Biconomy support were hugely proficient, and kept close contact to me regularly after I’d asked for help in retrieving tokens I’d improperly sent. They resolved the issue in 3 days and retrieved all the tokens with no fee whatsoever. This is a massive improvement on other exchanges that have taken months to return tokens or whose customer service/support teams are next to non-existent. Thank you Biconomy support!
Fraud exchange
I have bought some coins on biconomy . After that i tried to sale them but my balance was zero now everyday i send them email with proof of buying they are simply not reply me so i write it as loss my 150 dollars please please dont buy any coin and dont transfer your money to them iam really scare they taken my id during signup they may use it for illegal purposes please dont make account dont transfer one penny in biconomy

No customer support, withdraw only if pass verification! Verification process is night mare... 👎🏻 Not recommended! At you own risk.
Fake and scam app
No one ever trust this app.. It's a scam app never will return your invested money. Fake fake fake
Write Off
A week ago I deposited some TRX which has still not been made available to me (classed as reviewing) at the time of writing. I got in touch with the support team who simply asked for my email and then wrongly told me the problem was solved. I haven’t heard back from them since. I’m going to have to write this off as a loss and wait for the coin I was looking to purchase to be listed on another exchange.
