Excellent
Love it. Quick and easy to use. Easy to swap back and forward between English to German and back. Has a great word lookup on touch. Touch any word in the result of a lookup and it'll go find that word and translate it too. Nice
Comprehensive except for German verb forms
I find this a very comprehensive and impressive dictionary, with one problem. It isn't immediately obvious, but this seems geared to German speakers learning English rather than vice versa. It doesn't include conjugated verb forms in German. In the English section I can look up 'went' and it tells me this is the past of 'go'. But if I look up 'ging' in the German section it shows nothing. My paper Langenscheidt will tell me this is the past of 'gehen' and it had not occurred to me that this app would not. Were it not for this, the comprehensive vocabulary would make this a five star app for me.
