bigbasket: 10 min Grocery App

Such a fraud. They get payment right away but keep on canceling order. Not get my order and refund.

1st of al they don’t deliver in the slot we select and cancel and reschedule it according to their comfort Then they double the quantity of what you have ordered and charge you for them even if you don't need that much quantity. And after that if try to reach to customer service, they did resolve it but after 1 hour of waiting and no response saying they were still working on it and after being charged to 2 or 3 agents Is this such a big thing that they had to make me wait for 1 hr and forward so many time. They customer service is disgusting, the operations is horrible. Please give atleast minimum training to your customer service agents. The whole experience was bad and customer service made it worse.

It was awful and worst experience with them. They was keep canceling my order without even letting me know after 2 days. And delivery guys, they don’t know how to do customer service. Bad

I have some serious issues with Big basket. 1)Big basket needs to focus on their app a lot, you are such a big company with the worst GUI ever, You are app has so many bugs and issues. 2)I had placed an order but it got canceled due to security incident which is very funny when I asked your customer service team they said there was a security issue so it was not delivered, the second time I asked a different person he/she said that there is operational incident.It was unfortunately scheduled to next day but still the delivery time got elapsed and there has been no update on the order. You guys have given them a script to say sorry a million times, which didn’t even sound genuine. 3)You really need to take care of your Customer service team as they are the frontliners of your company. Please train them. If changes are not made YOU GUYS ARE SOON GOING TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS. I am closing all my deals with Bigbasket and moving on to Blinkit

Company should offer promotional discount for existing customers … not only for new customers only as to sustain old customer with company

Wide variety of quality items including fresh fruits and veggies. Overall app and interface is good and Customer Service is excellent! No question asked exchanges. For health food, fruits and veggies and more - BB is reliable delivery platform. Very satisfied.

I selected all the items in the basket and then there is no option to pay. It just says select address which i did 100 time but again it won’t let me pay. And the customer service is not helping.

The app hangs so much . It’s is very difficult to use the app with so many flaws

Not sure what kind of bug fixes you did, your app stopped accepting my international credit card. It was working in 2022 but this year it has not been working. This is certainly not an improvement. Hope you look into it soon.

They resolved my concern in no time. Thanks a lot for excellent customer service. Keep up the great work. (Btw I have changed my review from 1* to 5*)
