Worse delivery service and scam on name of fresh
It’s very sad to see TATA’s name on this fraud app. We pay higher than market price but getting very bad quality of vegetables and fruits and the delivery service is also bad.

I got scammed
They charged 3 times the rate of mrp. I was in a hurry and i had to order so didn’t check the price etc, later on i realised that they have charged me 356 rs for the product whose mrp is 100 rs

Not much is available in trichy area so I’ve deleted app as it’s not useful for me

If inefficiencies had a living testament, this app would just be it. The customer care representatives on this app are so far out (of the last logical and simple reasoning) that you have a better chance finding the answer by banging your head against the wall. The app is badly messed up by a team of very bad quality and low skilled people. Sad to see TATA’s name brought down by these passion-less and poorly managed team.

Basic app issues
Are you aware that your app keeps popping an error “invalid input” when trying to key in a delivery address but does not point to the error. I went around in circles for a while trying to figure out which entry was wrong and gave up.
pathetic service and 0 ethics
Items are often unavailable, charges are sky high and often the veggis will come non fresh. If that was not sufficient u guys are now start new bullying business... sounds like u guys start messing with small businesses like DAILY BASKET. Hope fully u guys dont think u own word basket do u ... if so check godrej’s NATURE BASKET .. I mean have some ethics and give consumers options.
Pathetic app
User interface is absolutely unfriendly. The google maps api integration does not even detect the location. After manually typing the location, the items are unable to be added to the cart. All the app does is gives pop up messages stating “our engineers are working on it”. Unpleasant experience.
