Trying to update my inventory on this app is impossible. Some products do not show up in the product list and some do not show up when using the search function. Not reliable app. Frustrating, since updating my inventory on my website during my Open Studios would have been such a help. Ugh.
App is continuously crashing. I wish there was a way to figure it out. I use this a dozen times a day or more to check on my store. Not being able to do so is incredibly difficult.
Offers a lot of convenient features to manage my store
A couple of years ago, I could open this app and print a packing slip and an invoice with my logo at the top of the page. Work perfectly. Not anymore. I’ve contacted the helpdesk several times over two years without getting anywhere if I want to print out a packing slip it’s simply shown as a link. You had a good thing going. Don’t know why it’s not important anymore as branding is huge.

Just got done chatting with BC support and they do not support this app. I’ve downloaded it twice and still it doesn’t work, I can’t even log out. It’s a waste of time for those of us trying to run a business.
Love bigcommerce in general but their app is very weak. Has never worked properly to search orders and doesn’t allow for product editing. I’m not expecting full desktop version on the app but this is still ages behind.
11/9/23 Update: even though it makes no sense, by REMOVING pass key authentication from the app, Face ID now works as expected and I am automatically logged in without the need to push buttons. This is counterintuitive, but regardless, App is now 5 stars for me. Yes, you can’t do the same functions as the full control panel, but as a tool for strictly monitoring sales and reporting, it is excellent. Original Review: You just added login by passkey (Face ID on iPhone) but you make is click “Continue” before Face ID works. This is no better and no faster than clicking “continue” on saved Login info! Every other App in the world, you open it, it recognized your face, and you are logged in. No need to touch anything. What was the point of adding Face ID if I still have to tap a button before it works?!?! Please fix this BigCommerce. The app is excellent otherwise, but this is a major flaw and annoyance for merchants who login to this App multiple times a day…
I loved the Big Commerce app until I did the recent forced update. Now I must reinstall it at least every other day because “something went wrong.” I hate updates to “fix” something that wasn’t broken.
Everything is an upsell, every time I try to change the theme I wanna do the most basic thing I have to buy some thing on BigCommerce even for stuff that should be just regular built-in normal stuff. I still have to buy some thing in BigCommerce is not even cheap to begin with.
