Needs Apple Pay and the ability to tip.

biggby’s food coffee and employees are fantastic! This app would be greatly improved by the ability to use Apple Pay and include a tip.

APP IS OUTDATED (& SLOW)

Maan Zaini on

I love Biggby so much, but come on! The app is slow & outdated! It also even freaking has a hard time adding points! It’s find I need to load the card with the money instead of scanning the card & paying separately, but it has a hard time scanning in the store! It’s not like Dunkin' where earning is WAY smoother! But my biggest & only gripe now though is the app experience. It’s like freaking 2012 all over again!

Remove the back button.

Kegan.Skinner on

The back button arrow at the top left of the screen should not act like a webpage back button. This is confusing and diminishes UX. I kept pressing it thinking it would just take me to main screen but instead it cycled through every single screen I had engaged with, including the login screen. It should never take me back to login screen if I've already logged into the app. Delete the button all together unless it can act like a singular home button. Besides that, overall presentation is alright.

You don’t earn drink points if you use a coupon.

Unusable

Just got our first Biggby’s location. Can’t select a store in the app-it just takes me to a map that shows other local coffee shops? Can’t figure out how to start a loyalty account, so I guess I won’t bother.

Needs So Much Work

Reviewer91PC on

I would love to be able to used my stored digital card balance when ordering on the app, but I’m told (and can see) that it’s not an option. If ordering on the app, the only payment option is to enter a credit card number. I cannot select my already saved digital card. That means I cannot use the app if I want to pay using my digital card. Users cannot scan physical coupons, received in the mail, to use if placing an order on the app, yet the app also doesn’t have any discounts listed. Therefore, if a user wants to use the BOGO or discount coupons, they cannot use the app. When ordering on the app, Biggby still requires the barista to scan my rewards card. If that card is linked to me on the app, and I’m using the app, why can’t it just register that it’s me? Why the additional step? Also, every time I order from the app, it asks me who is picking up the order. There’s a box to then save this info. If I want someone else to pick up my order, I must enter new info and check if I wanted that saved instead. It will only save one user and requires me to change the info every time. Let me save two pick-up people - or just use the name associated with the account. The person picking up can just say my name at pick up like they do at every other coffee place and restaurant where orders are picked up.

The Flinstones are using a more efficient, technologically advanced app than this 2024 disaster. Take a peak at Starbucks app for how to save payment info, save favorites, show an order history, and track points while paying with a SINGLE scan!!!

Terrible app

Shyannemd on

United States

This app is terrible it signs you out everytime which isn’t an issue but I refuses to load half the time and shows a blank screen it’s hard to just order a single drink or add it to the cart

Worst App

HuaYuJie143 on

I never write soo reviews. Ever. That being said, this is by far the worst fast food app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. You can’t apply your rewards in-app, you can’t save card info to your account or take a photo of your card instead of typing everything out every single time, the menu is only right sometimes, and if you navigate away from the menu before you go to checkout you have to start over entirely with placing your order. This is such a frustrating app to use and it really puts me off of Biggby entirely.

Worthless

Zachwilliams99 on

Doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t show closest store. Some stores don’t allow ordering. Just delete the app at this point.
