Uninstalled/reinstalled the app, as well as restarted my phone. Problem persists… please fix

When it works it is clunky and basic but it is buggy. Hasn’t worked for a week. If you are assuming there will be an app to support your expensive bike purchase, think again! Update: one month after bringing to their attention the app remains unusable. Horrible customer service.

App is so basic, and there have been many bugs. Now the app won’t even load, leaving me with a very expensive bike with no instrumentation whatsoever. This is a travesty.

Absolutely inexcusable to sell this bike and offer this App in the United States without support for Imperial units/measurements. Unbelievable that this app only supports the metric system. Spend $3,000 on a bike, then have no idea how far you’re riding? No good. This is a simple software fix, and should be done immediately. Once that’s done, this rating will go waaay up, but it’s almost not usable now because it’s essentially in another language for a US consumer.

This bike is no bargain, the app should be something great, instead it is instable, confusing and imprecise. NoHrd should do something about it.

Just bought this bike from Touch of Modern for nearly $3000 and what an absolute disappointment. The bike is nothing special and doesn’t even come with straps for the pedals but I was hoping that the app would help me enjoy the experience a bit more. Suffice it to say the app is woefully disappointing. 1. The app only has an option for the metric system. 2. It has only 21 scenery workouts, shot by some guy with a helmet cam. If you leave the video the app crashes, not saving any of your information. Bored with where you are on the video? No fast forward. Want to check the performance monitor? Your workout is reset. 3. If you leave the performance monitor your workout is reset. 4. No total calories burned. No way to enter your weight, height, BMR to get an accurate calorie count. 5. You have 14 workout videos. Yup, only 14 and that is it. 6. It seems that if you leave any page in the app at the very least your workout ends (even if you are still peddling) and then you have to restart it OR it crashes and then you have to start the app over again and then start over. In the age of Peloton, which costs almost $1000 less, this is little more than a stylized ornament. If you actually care about your metrics, are serious about your fitness, or even just want to know how many calories you burned on your 53 minute workout this is not the product for you.

Die APP ist einfach nur Schrott von der Verbindung angefangen bis zur nicht stabilen Nutzung. Schade das, dass Bike ohne App eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen ist da jegliche Daten fehlen! Eigentlich ist eine Stern scho zu viel!! Null geht aber nicht

Wie kann ein Hersteller, eines solch außergewöhnlichen und attraktiven Sportgerätes, auf so viele mögliche Kunden verzichten, nur weil die dazugehörige App scheinbar nicht die notwendige Qualität aufweist.

Die bluetooth Verbindung kommt selten zustande und wenn ist sie nicht stabil. Die App wird nicht gepflegt kleiner Funktionsumfang wird nicht erweitert. Sehr schade

Wie viele hier schon schrieben ist das Nohrd Bike richtig klasse, sieht super aus, super Gleichlauf und tolle Ergonomie. Die App hingegen kann da nicht mithalten, in der Tacho-Anzeige fehlt die Herzfrequenz, sie läuft ruckelig und hängt sich manchmal auf. Sollte dringend überarbeitet werden.
