Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Equipment
I had a terrible experience with this company. My bike was locked in their storage unit for 4 days. No one answered when I tried calling support numbers, emailing their email and no response on their Chatbox. It was 3 days before I got an answer which came from a third party contractor - not the Bikeep team and then it took someone 2+ hours to get my bike out of the storage unit on the 4th day because the locking mechanism was broken. I wasted hours on this because of a lack of communication. I will never use this company again and strongly recommend you avoid using them.
