Born to encourage the mobility of citizens and city users, bikeMi is easy, practical and ecological.
A real public transport service to be used for short trips, that combines innovation, design and sustainability.
The fleet is composed by bicycles with muscle pedaling, pedal assisted and with child seat. Choose your subscription and start your ride.
Use the app to find the stations near you and to unlock a bicycle, you can ride up to 2 hours.
You can save your trips into the Apple Health app so you'll get credited for the effort, if you're into that kind of thing. Give Health access via the account view within the app.
Enjoy the the city and respect the environment.

Pas possible de louer plusieurs vélos
Not really practical
It is not possible to rent bikes for a family! The online assistant doesn’t answer in usefull time.
Assistente virtuale molto molesto
App ben fatta. Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento l’assistente virtuale blocca la schermata ad ogni accesso.
Disservizio
Ha tanti problemi e quando non funziona ti penalizza togliendoti il servizio per 4 ore
Esaurirsi primo mattino
Poca manutenzione Molto spesso bici elettriche non funzionanti

Dovete trovare un sistema piu facile per segnalare i guasti (gomme bucate diverse volte )
Da migliorare
Le bici non sono mai in condizioni perfette (nemmeno medie). Ci sono troppo poche bici elettriche e con seggiolino per bambino e le bici normali sono troppo pesanti per essere fruibili. Anche il servizio di assistenza è discutibile dal momento che bisogna sempre passare per il call center dell’ATM e aspettare lunghi minuti tra elenchi numerici e musichette d’attesa. Molte problematiche potrebbero essere risolte e migliorando le FAQ sul sito, facendo delle foto più comprensibili come ad esempio per quanto riguarda il blocco delle bici elettriche nella stazione virtuale. Infine trovo alquanto discutibile che il servizio non sia attivo la notte.
