I need reopening my account and I already send my documents and every time I receive to information about that is wrong …. I don’t know what happened.
The ridiculous company.
The worst experience with this app is the time you have a problem and you go to so-called customer care. You will se the reality of the app. They get millions from people and in return all they say “ for security reasons we will block your account….” I complained and every time they say we don’t know…. We have to investigate….. we need time …….and your transaction wasn’t safe……. Your address has a problem and blah blah blah. When you face with a problem you will get to the point what I said. Anyway I hope no one faces with these issues.

No trust in this app full of scammers!
7 years i have been user of Binance ! Now i have to move since they started Feed in app all that is peddled is scams. Nigerian organised crime groups toke over pushing fraud, reporting doesn’t do anything same accounts posting fraud/phishing links every 0.01 seconds hundreds per minute all made to steal your funds. App became Nigerian scammer dream they don’t have to leave the app to rob you anymore it’s all in the app now! Even more of scam now then before ! One type of scam is they will send you to instagram or facebook promising profits , second one is when content creator makes up a token then he promotes it in the feed even though token isn’t listed on Binance he will tell you where to go and how to buy to essentially dump it on unsuspecting victims. And there is the obvious one counter trading desk so if you open a position to big magic spike or drop will happen to liquidate you , but if you check price on other exchanges spike/drop never happen . What happen is they just wanted to take your money so they manipulated price action within binance app which obviously can’t be found anywhere elese!

First of all, if you haven’t used Binance yet make sure to enter the reward coupon GJSK48HP on the sign up screen to get 40% commission kickback rate. Wonderful... The best trading app ever. Very fast and reliable. God! Your app rock. I mean no change for trading and you can trade so many coin at the same time. Wow! With every update from past 4-5 months, the app has just got sleeker and sleeker. Both buy and sell interface are now on same page to make things more eaiser i recommend this app. The fees are reasonable if you use BNB to cover your fees for trading, Binance cuts fees down 50% if you use BNB, the fees go down more depending on what "tier" or level user you are. Pricing is real time, sending and receiving crypto is quick. Their security is incredible, the level of security used to protect the user account is one of the best. They now offer a virtual wallet, and the support team is quick to help if you need them. One recommendations - In trades (center) tab when we click on the open trades icon, the history is out at the top right which isn't quite an ideal position. Do what you've done for futures open orders and order history, just slide right to get the order history. That would be really neat... All bug with new upload are fixed!! Great!!
Inadequate, would not recommend
Poor customer support and help, records of transactions no longer retained so you can’t refer back to previous transactions. Overall disappointing because there’s always problems crediting money to account and delays when you attempt to do so even from a verified account.
