Excellent fees, efficient price tracking, great variety of listed altcoins for spot and futures contracts and very helpful support staff :)
Does what it says on the tin
App could be more secure with screen locks for example or password prompt every time we open the app, other than that it’s pretty good, as long as you remember to sign out.
Avoid at all costs
Within a week of setting up and transferring my life savings, my account got hacked and lost my all funds even though I had all security measures and 2FA in place! Non existing support, and avoiding taking any responsibility! Avoid at all costs
Very bad customer service
Had a long issue with the deposit, customer service not responding for longer then 24 hours and no way to connect to a live agent to help me just a repetitive answer bot
Spammed with marketing
As review states, you are constantly bombarded with marketing notifications for new products everyday via email and in app. And support has informed me of no way to stop marketing rubbish being pushed on you on the daily.
