Binaural Beats Generator by Guided Meditation Treks lets you generate your own binaural beats and isochronic tones to help you with sleep, relaxation, creativity, and focus. Binaural beats have been scientifically shown to alter a listener's brainwave patterns, and brainwave entrainment has shown great potential for human health. Isochronic tones are a similar technology that do not require headphones. Now you can create your own binaural beats and isochronic tones using this tool! It also teaches you about the technology so you can use it to create your own guided meditations with it.

Binaural FAQ
Is Binaural free?
Yes, Binaural is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Binaural legit?
🤔 The Binaural app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I absolutely love this app and the ease at which it makes binaural beats accessible.
The one and only thing I would change and question is. Why, when I set the proposed carrier beat. Then adjust the binaural beat. That the carrier beat adjusts itself from its set value to divide the binaural beat?
Looking into how and why this all works I’ve had to explore deeply all the tones and purposes of them.
I’ve hade to do math to balance the carrier and binaural to get the desired hz for each.
Making what is explained in the help sections work appropriately.
This is why I’ve given a 4 star review. As when going for the explained purposes of carrier tone and binaural. The apps auto balance of the two. Throws it off.
ios vs android 👎🏻👎🏼
Presets are non existent. Who wants ti switch over to their browser and look everytime they would like to change a sequence??? Couldnt even pull up the chart in the app..... annoying.... no support to background play over a music app.... it seems like it was out together with no pride.... its rival, way more thought into it..... bye

Almost Amazing
I love that I can pick between binaural and isochronic tones. I love that I can pick any type Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma. I love that I can choose whatever frequency I want and that I can double tap and type in any value I want.
I like the I can set a timer.
But, I wish, I could create a play list and save it. What I mean is, it would be nice to be able to start with Alpha at 13 for 1-2 minutes and lower it minute by minute into Theta then into Delta and back into Theta and Alpha, or any combination I choose, start in alpha or beta and go into gamma and back down into beta and then alpha.
I also wish that if that feature was made available, that it would transition smoothly between each range. It would be great if you could fade out once the session is done instead of just ending abruptly like it does currently.
It would be cool if you could add some ambient sounds or soundscapes as well as music of your choosing.
It would also be cool if you could create your own subliminal tracks or an audio affirmator to use with either the isochronic or the binaural beats.
So far, I really like the app and I think by keeping what works well about it already with a few additions, it could be way more awesome than it already is.
Thanks for creating this app and hopefully you can update or create an app with the functions that I just mentioned.
Android app is Better
It is nice that you can fine tune the frequencies that you want to hear but you can’t save a session or certain frequencies to be able to go back t them. Honestly the Android version is better. Although you can’t save frequencies with that one either, it already has preset frequencies that are more than likely what you’re looking for.
One of the most flexible binaural apps.
I love that I can choose from such a wide range of frequencies and fine tune them. I’d make this a 5 star review if I had the ability to save configurations. It’s way too difficult to find the exact frequency pairing that I was using before.
The UI could use some work - it looks a bit amateurish. For instance, the play button is super gaudy and doesn’t match the background art.
Being able to select a custom Stop Timer would be preferable. Why 5, 11, 20, and 30?
Great app nonetheless. Most other binaural apps don’t have the flexibility that this one has.
Pretty Awesome
It would be nice if you could tune more accurately but still worth 5 stars
One thing
This would be awesome if it had preset beats for relaxation-intuition such as it is for the android version of this app
Very cool
Very useful. Thanks
Awesome App! *****
I've never reviewed an app but this one deserves some kudos. I was looking for something that wasn't limited to a few preset frequencies to "relax", "concentrate", etc. This one lets you create absolutely any setting for carrier, binaural beat and isochronic tone - and easily type them in to 2 decimal places. Ex: to set the carrier to 221.23 for the 3rd eye, tap <carrier> and type in 221.23. It's that simple. To get creative, you have to know what to enter. So the other thing I love is that the help explains everything and even lists exact frequencies to use for different things. This does exactly what it says with no need to buy anything else. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
