When I put in my number it won’t do anything I press that I agree with the privacy police and what not then I click continue then it does nothing

1) Download the App and register - don't forget to enter your payment details.
2) Find the nearest BinBin on the map via the App.
3) Scan the QR code on BinBin and start your ride.
4) Speed up BinBin with the support of your foot and start driving by using the throttle.
5) Leave the traffic behind, but keep the traffic rules in mind. Be mindful of pedestrians and vehicles.
6) When you reach your destination, make sure you find a safe parking spot to park BinBin. Don't forget to check the parking spots on the map.
7) If everything looks good, take a photo of the parked BinBin via the App and finish your ride.

Poor service
Dangerous : brakes not working every second scooter. Unreasonable penalties every second rides. Taxi is cheaper. Bad quality customer support.

good but needs improvement on feedback and contact with support
Cool service
Pretty good service. The app works in English. Glad they have scooters with shocks now. Sometimes it doesn’t let me park the scooter when I’m near the edge of the service zone even though I always see scooters closer to it than mine. I also wish they went a little faster.
Only takes Turkish credit cards
Had to contact customer support several time to find out why it was not working. After almost an hour, was told I needed a Turkish credit card. Garbage! Much easier with Marti and they take foreign credit cards
