I gave my credit card , they did not accept it to make the payment. After one month $1400 they have taken from my account. Very unprofessional Never recommend to anyone

Better than before

The previous app was quite hard to navigate around. But this one is pretty good and easy to navigate. So well done.

Broken

I tried to check in using the app and I couldn't get the airport search function to work. Impossible to check in without it.

Useless App

Boasts how easy and user friendly it is but won't allow on-line check in from numerous airports after you waste time trying to, until you go to their full web site and find the long list of airports that aren't supported. On top of that, the check-in process for Pegasus Airlines is the ONLY airline I've seen to date that requires "Name" in addition to the normal "Locator #" and "Surname" for check-in online. Very un-user friendly. What name? First ?, First + Middle ?, FirstMiddle together as listed on reservation?, Surname/FirstMiddle as listed on ticket confirmation? This Airline and their IT people really need to straighten this mess out. App deleted for not functioning as advertised.
