Scam game

Scam, scam, scam!

Fun game but…

I would give five stars, but there are way too many connection issues. I know it’s not my WIFI, because I play a lot of games and stream a lot of movies on my iPad. I do not experience the common connection issues I have while playing this game. The developers must be aware of the connection issues with the game, because whenever a game is interrupted due to connectivity issues. They reward 6,000 coins. I hope the connectivity issues get resolved sooner than later. The game is very expensive as well. As far as value of coin, booster, elite packages, etc is not equal to the high amount of money required to pay. I play Bingo Blitz and I get much better value for my dollar in that game. If the connectivity and expense issues are addressed. I would give this game 5 stars.

Love it, but disappointed!

I absolutely love this game and would have given it a 5 star rating, however since the upgrade, I find that the game loses its connection often and doesn’t reimburse you your coins (3 times in the past 2 days)I’ve also had two bingos which I was unable to click on, the system crashed and, again, no reimbursement of coins ☹️

Thought was ok game but impossible too get bingos. It sucks so hardly play anymore and cancelled my subscription

Like it just new to this game so far so good just need to u derstand the game a bit better

No customer service

Customer service in the app sucks. I was charged for golden pass and didn't receive it. Now no one to speak with about the purchase or getting a refund since I didn't get the pass.

Connection Issues

I constantly get connection issues with this game. Most of the time I can’t even get into the game because it’s just stuck on connecting. Super annoying.

Fun

I love the game but I wish everything was converted to CAN Dollars, as well as lower the prices. I don’t mind paying for somethings but I think you should have cheaper packages. You could also have an auto daub feature
