I have spent lots of money on this game, and have played the new room over 20 times and have not got 1 bingo 😂🤣😂🤣😂 it kinda takes the enjoyment out of playing.

Bad

You can win after making a purchase but each day you don’t make a purchase your chances of winning get slimmer. pay £20 for pro ticket and get nothing you need, complete waste of lots of money. I’ve played for 18mths and only managed to collect all bingo wild cards once (after spending lots) Today there’s problems with the game so can’t collect hourly bonus or lounge benefits & can’t receive gifts & still waiting hours later for support to rectify 🤦‍♀️ I think a lot of players will go play elsewhere as this game seems to just want you to spend, spend, spend and spend again! Just greedy 😤 lovely graphics though👌

Absolutely shocking

This game is run by money grabbing crooks who don’t reply to messages good or bad. It costs lots of money gold/mythic cards are duplicated most of the time. People are wising up & starting to leave. They will tell you it’s a game of chance yes it is absolutely NO chance 😡😡

Bingo wild mess up again !

After this weekend, having a blank screen. I contacted support to complain but have not yet had an answer back. A friend told me how to get the game back on Monday . Also as a good will gesture from bingo wild they sent her 100.000 coins and a one hour light. What a joke I lost 200.000 coins by not doing the wheel of fortune let alone the rest of the bonuses I lost. Think you need to think abit more about the people who play your game and what they lose because of your mistakes. My you should increase you good will gesture a lot more to compensate what people really lose because of your incompetence.

Latest update issues

Since the latest update I can no longer open the game. I’ve been playing for ages and usually love this game. Please sort it out!

Hi I’m a long time player and over the months had a few issues but this weekend has been the worst , my screen just blacks out whenever I try and get on the app , I’ve spent so much money this and never hardly cent any BBS and just lately never win
