Each campaign consists of nine cases with four different difficulty levels and the new adaptive AI system provides hours of gameplay with great replay value.

NEW SKILLS SYSTEM
The all new skills system enables players to earn skills point and spend those towards upgrading skills that best fits their gameplay. Upgraded skills are persistent through all game modes.

SIDE QUESTS
While playing the campaign mode, players can decide to alter their strategy to complete one or many of the 41 included side quests. Completing side quest entitle players to hefty rewards!

WORLD TOURNAMENTS
Each week, the game will unveil a new world map to conquer with cases for Death and Life to be completed. Accumulate a winning streak, use your skills carefully and contest the title of best Doctor of Medicine. In exchange for you hard work, you will be compensated with rewards and pride.

I can’t play for some reason

I go in to the game and it just says loading I waited half an hour and it didn’t work

Doesn’t even let me load up the game

Please add more faced people

I love the game amazing gameplay and is overall quite fun I rate it 4 stars however because it dosent have many characters with faces. It has trump it has kim Jon un it has hitler for crying out loud but it is missing one of the most influential people in the 20th century. Elvis Presley. Also some more of these people would be nice like queen Elizebeth II or Beethoven or even pope Francis. But overall really good game 10/10

Diagnosed and treated 14 diseases but it won’t complete to say “you won” and end the game.

This game offers lots of content and things to do, has amazing graphics and the gameplay is very good! The difficulty can also be flexibly changed from very easy to impossible!

Gruesome fun!

So thrilled to have found this game on mobile since I loved the premise and challenge of the first one. As grim yet satisfying playing through the ‘death’ campaign is, the added ‘life’ campaign (where you diagnose and treat the patient’s diseases instead of trying to kill them!) is nicely put together and really gets you thinking. The amount of deductive reasoning in it makes for some great replay value, so if you love a good strategy/puzzle game and aren’t put off by blood and...other things...this is totally the game for you. As for the in-app purchase front, it’s far from as ‘pay to win’ as many mobile games out there. Made one purchase that was about £3 that gives a ton of permanent benefits (such as extra rewards for winning levels) which reduces the need for constant microtransactions, especially if you spend bio coins wisely and earn plenty of them from the daily tasks. Haven’t had any issues with glitches other people have mentioned on here either so hopefully these are all ironed out!

Love the game, a problem though

Some of the skills for bio points don’t work at times like the +1 in the emergency room or the extra point if the resource is collected within a certain time. Sometimes I use them but they don’t work, meaning I have wasted my bio points.
