Choose Death and explore your dark side by wrathfully terminating victims using an agonizing combination of diseases and medical conditions. Be the Plague!

Choose Life and you heroically play as a medical diagnostician to identify and cure diseases before it is too late for your patient. Save the human race one human at a time!

Each campaign consists of nine cases with four different difficulty levels and the new adaptive AI system provides hours of gameplay with great replay value.

NEW SKILLS SYSTEM
The all new skills system enables players to earn skills point and spend those towards upgrading skills that best fits their gameplay. Upgraded skills are persistent through all game modes.

SIDE QUESTS
While playing the campaign mode, players can decide to alter their strategy to complete one or many of the 41 included side quests. Completing side quest entitle players to hefty rewards!

WORLD TOURNAMENTS
Each week, the game will unveil a new world map to conquer with cases for Death and Life to be completed. Accumulate a winning streak, use your skills carefully and contest the title of best Doctor of Medicine. In exchange for you hard work, you will be compensated with rewards and pride.

BUILDING DEEP STRATEGIES

Fix bug

Why you not fix the multitask and multikill mission they are so buggy,and road block mission as well.and the emergency boost and quick havest to broken they don’t work

The game that every Bio Inc player waited

The game is fantastic, when it is ported to Mobile the core mechanic hasn’t changed much, which is a plus. The mechanic are just eye candy, you don’t have to be interested in Medicinal Science or a Rocket Science to enjoy the game. Although there are a few bugs such as Emergency Room resource booster at the pre-gameplay menu, where players don’t get 1 extra resources as the description, which can affect the gameplay a lot. So I have to leave it at 4 stars, until the bugs are reversed, then I am gladly put this at 5 stars

Game đồ họa rất đẹp và đa dạng nhưng ít chế độ mong nhà phát triển cho thêm nhiều chế độ chơi và thêm nhiều ngôn ngữ trong đó có vietnam và cho nhiều thêm những thứ thêm vào phần setting
