Doesn’t read pdf. Way overpriced. $17 a month for this you have to be out of your mind. I will pay $2.50/month (cdn) tops for this when you can read pdf. More great ideas put behind the crushing monthly subscription pay wall. 1 star.

I can no longer even download my ebooks to my iPad anymore. Yall removed everything that made this good and are charging a ridiculous monthly fee for garbage service. I want my money back.
I had tried this before when it was free - it crashed when attempting to convert ebooks. Now I see that they are trying to charge $18/month for this junk. what a joke!
I can't get a safari or a chrome extent I on on my Ipad. The app does not work. It is very frustrating because I have absolutely loved reading with bionic reader on my desktop (when the extention would work there, which was hit and miss….by the way). This app, though, is horrendous. I will not convert a web link to a research article. It will upload the article but will not do anything with it. Tried it out on a few other sites just to see if it was some sort of stupid block on the article itself and it converts half of the website and not all the text or just converts nothing. When I click on “process” or “continue” whatever pops up, it takes me to a blank white screen, and that little symbol on the app page (arrow pointing up) that says I need to be a premium member to access, leads nowhere. I don't even know what it does! Is it a share symbol? The hidden secret to make the app work? When I try to see what “premium”is all about, it again, takes me to a blank white page. My adhd brain gives up. I would pay to make this work on my tablet! Name your price! I have no more hyperfixation energy left in me to trouble shoot this. Nadia. It's take 2 hours of my life. Please let me know when this works again or works finally? And yes, all the things are updated on my end.
I use the chrome extension and it works fine however the app is horrible. Despite paying the 17 cad for the month, it still says that I need to upgrade ……useless. Reached out to their contact but did not receive a response.
Such a great method, but I can assure you, this app does not work for websites.
Hi, When I already downloaded the epub, it tells me to “Please continue to download reading”. I can’t select my epub to download anymore. Can you please assist me? Thanks, Walid
Not only the app. The web tool is broken too. Tried to convert multiple epubs, while they show changed in a the preview, once you try to download and export the converted file, you will receive an error. Looked it up online and it seems this has been happening since, at least, mid 2022. Reached out to developer or twitter and he never replied. Edit: it would help a lot, in the future, if there was an official acknowledgment of such issues on the webpage or the app page. It did end up working using the website on Chrome browser for me.
This app would be fantastic… if it worked as it’s supposed to. Pretty much every book I’ve tried to upload has run into processing errors, which makes this basically useless.
